1. Introduction

Welcome to The Happy Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized partners.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include all applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund.
  • No-shows: No refund will be issued.
  • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, guide unavailability), we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

4. Tour Changes & Delays

  • We reserve the right to modify tour routes, schedules, or itineraries if necessary.
  • Tours will depart on time. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • Guests must follow the guide’s instructions and respect local laws.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen during the tour.
  • We reserve the right to remove any participant behaving disruptively without a refund.

6. Accessibility & Special Requirements

  • Some tours may not be fully wheelchair accessible; please contact us in advance for details.
  • Pet-friendly tours are marked accordingly—please check before booking.
  • If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions, inform us before the tour.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation is at your own risk. The Happy Tours is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during tours.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance for all participants.

8. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos/videos during tours for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in advance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes must be settled in an Irish court.
